Amberly Dyer is licensed as a clinical social worker (LCSW) in North Carolina (license C008498). The MSW in her credentials refers to the Master's of Social Work she completed at East Carolina University in 2008 as part of her licensure requirements.

 

Services are provided at 25972 NC Hwy 12, Waves NC 27982. This is a rear office in the building. Services are also available at 119 W Wood Hill Drive, Ste 5, Nags Head NC 27959-8700. This space is shared with two other independent mental health providers, but no administrative functions are shared. Telehealth (video/virtual) services are also available to clients located in North Carolina. 

 

Office hours are generally Monday-Wednesday, 9 am to 6:30 pm. In-person and telehealth sessions are available on all days. Other days/times may be arranged to support urgent needs and assure appropriate client care.

 

Mental and behavioral health services are provided within the scope and practice of the LCSW license and this provider's training.  Services are provided in English.

Fees, including participation in insurance plans, can be found here.  Uninsured and "self-pay" clients (including those who choose not to use health care coverage) are entitled to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" prior to beginning services. (PDF)
